Photography Booking Terms

Here is the small print that no one likes to read, so I've kept it as simple as possible.

🐾 Prices & Payment
Prices are valid as of August 2026. Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before you access your online gallery. Gift vouchers are also available for full or partial payment.

🐾 Location
Prices include travel within 30 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne; a small travel fee applies for locations beyond this distance.

🐾 Weather
If weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to hold the photo shoot, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

🐾 Postponements and Cancellations
You’re free to cancel your session, provided you give seven days' notice.
If you need to cancel with less than seven days notice, you will be offered an alternative date, but your deposit will be non-refundable.

🐾 Number of Images
Every dog and session is different, so I'm unable to guarantee an exact number of images. The final number will depend on your dog's welfare, behaviour and the conditions during the shoot.

🐾 Authority
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have permission to authorise photographs featuring all animals included in the session. 

🐾 Image Ownership and Copyright
The purchase of images does not include a transfer of copyright; ownership remains with PETography. You may print the images for personal use and share them on social media. The images are not licensed for business or commercial purposes and must not be uploaded to any AI platforms. If you require images for any of these purposes, please contact me to discuss available copyright licensing options. PETography may use images for marketing purposes.

🐾 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release the photographer from claims, damages or liabilities arising from incidents or accidents occurring during the photo session.
